2011 Kansas City Meeting Space Incentives

The InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza announces Kansas City meeting space booking incentives for the current calendar year. Planners who book an event by October 31 can take advantage of special rates and rewards for events scheduled to take place any time through March 30, 2012.

2011 Meeting Incentives at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza Include:

• Signing bonus of 25,000 Priority Club Points to be used to encourage early event registration
• One complete complimentary guest room per 35 rooms booked
• 30% attrition allowance
• Complimentary meeting room rental
• 10% off catering menu
• 3% off of the master room account and 2% off the master food and beverage account
• Double Priority Club Points or 2,000 points for attendees

 
Planners can earn a number of these rewards for events based on the expected number of attendees.
